( 1 ) To know when you moved into your home address or the address where you are living now.
( 2 ) Evidence of you living at your home address or the address where you are living now. This is a photo of either a utility bill/council tax or your own bank statement, all dated within last 3 months.
( 3 ) Evidence of who you are. This is a photo of the front side of your driving license or a photo of your passport picture page.

If you are not a director, please do not continue. We require permission from the director to complete a personal credit check as part of any application for finance. If we do not apply for finance for the business, there will not be a personal credit check. We still require the information on file to identify the owners and directors of each of our clients.
